Yoga on the Lawn
Meditation, Yoga and Gardening for Calm
Yoga on the Lawn, hosted by experienced Yogi Sabbi Martin, will be a day of exploring our connections with the outdoor environment through movement, breath and energy.
MOVE, NOURISH, REJUVENATE
Yoga for relaxation and confidence
Whether it’s finding a way into your own relaxation practice, learning how to build confidence on the mat or simply happy to join like-minded people in what promises to be a wonderful person centred day, this is going to be a course not to be missed.
Person centred yoga practice
Suitable for all, Sabbi is busy creating a schedule for the day which will have something for everyone. On confirming your place we will ask a little bit about your current Yoga practice, if any, so that we can make sure the sessions are tailored to your experience.
Gardening for mindfulness
Accompanying Sabbi, Dean will also be sharing his knowledge of plants and gardening so that you can go home and create your own green oasis of calm. Using all of our senses, Dean will show you which plants work best for mindful escapism.
Incorporating planting into your lifestyle
Together Sabbi and Dean will share which plants are great to grow in the garden for use in cooking, especially those with detoxifying properties which can be used to create infusions and teas.
As part of your day's retreat you will enjoy delicious, nourishing food throughout the which will be expertly prepared by private chef and experiential events owner Michaela Hanna
Our guests can expect to enjoy:
