The Northern School of Gardening is the brainchild of internationally renowned gardener and plantrepreneur Dean Bolton-Grant.

With a career immersed in palace gardens, Michelin-starred kitchen gardens and lovingly designing and tending to gardens worldwide for over twenty years, Dean has always enjoyed sharing his knowledge and love of gardening. His mission is to give people the knowledge and confidence they need to create and enjoy their own green spaces through his world-class gardening courses.

In partnership with the Yorke Arms Country House, the dream of creating a destination Gardening School in the North of England is now a reality here in God's own County. Dean and his team have curated a perfect space to deliver hands-on gardening courses nestled in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Come and spend a few hours, a day or even stay overnight and immerse yourself in all things gardening.
